Police in the US city of Chicago have been caught on camera tasering a man who, they say, was interfering with a crime scene.
The man's wife recorded the incident from inside their car, where their children were also sitting and watching.
The Police Department reportedly charged the man with two counts of obstructing an officer.
Since 2014, anyone in the state of Illinois can record on-duty Police officers in public places without their consent. There are two exceptions to that law - one prohibits recording interactions in a 'secret way'. The other expects 'reasonable privacy' for an officer.
