Astonishing footage captures a takeaway worker aim a four-letter tirade at a complaining customer - and hurl a pizza box across the counter.
The employee at Pizza Pepper in Great Barr, Birmingham, verbally abuses the man in the clip, which has been shared online.
Birmingham Live reports the customer was unhappy about a burnt pizza.
But bosses at the takeaway claim the man was "drunk" and "swearing".
Eventually, the employee throws a box across the counter - and a pizza flies into the window.
"The customer was drunk and he was swearing at the member of staff," the worker said.
"There are two witnesses in here. He swore at my mother and the staff because he was drunk. We called the police.
