A cruel thug hid what appears to be an ecstasy tablet inside a chip and fed it to a seagull.
The man was caught on camera laughing and saying "have some" as he throws the chip into a flock of gulls, while his pals snigger in the background.
The clip, which emerged on social media on August 6, is believed to have been filmed somewhere in Newcastle.
But it was met with a furious backlash with furious viewers branding it animal cruelty.
The video was posted to @connorb89493980’s Twitter page with the caption: “Ahahahahahahaha.”
It is unknown whether he featured in the video.
The footage shows someone sitting on a bench with a chip on their lap while holding a red and green pill.
The pill is then placed into the chip and folded over, breaking the chip in half during the process.
The chip is then thrown into a group of gulls, with one of them quickly gulping the spiked pill down.
