A John Lewis security guard has been suspended after putting a teenager in a headlock and dragging him out of a store.
Shocking footage shows Kyle Spencer, 19, being grabbed by the neck and violently dragged out of the John Lewis in Westgate, Oxford on August 5.
New dad Kyle, was out shopping for baby clothes for the arrival of his firstborn child, Emilia, when he said he was “assaulted” by the security guard.
The family claim the scuffle started when the security guard asked the family to leave after Kyle’s 12-year-old sister accidentally pressed a button on a speaker, causing loud music to play.
John Lewis have announced that the security guard no longer works at the store and have apologised for his actions.
