A NASA space centre has been preparing for what could be the first time it is directly hit by a major hurricane.
Hurricane Dorian , which has maximum winds of nearly 140mph, is currently making its way to the north-west Bahamas and is expected to reach Florida early next week, according to the US National Hurricane Center.
The weather service has described the storm as "life-threatening" with "devastating hurricane-force winds".
To prepare for the category four storm, NASA crews at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida were faced with the enormous task of moving a 380-foot-tall launcher inside.
Video footage from NASA shows the 10.5-million-pound mobile launcher, which is used to prepare and launch rockets, crawling along as crews prepare for Hurricane Dorian yesterday.
