A toddler caused terror after climbing out of an air conditioning unit and getting stuck on a ledge 13 storeys high.
Frightening footage shows the three-year-old boy emerging from the air con panel and carefully clinging onto the window frames of the building in the Bronx, New York.
He is seen standing on the ledge 128ft above ground.
Neighbours walking past the building were shocked to see the boy come with inches of falling to his death.
A woman who filmed the incident, which happened on Saturday afternoon, told NBC New York that everyone around her was yelling to get the boy's attention.
