UK rapper slowthai held aloft a 'severed head' of Prime Minister Boris Johnson during a performance at the Mercury Music Prize ceremony.
The 24-year-old, real name Tyron Kaymone Frampton, shouted "f*** Boris" before his set.
The ceremony is being held at the Eventim Apollo in West London.
Stripping down the the waist, he said: "F Boris Johnson. F*** everything", and received rapturous applause from the audience.
Awards host Lauren Laverne said afterwards: "slowthai, with his own views there."
