Shocking footage shows 'Spice zombies' slouching on war memorials and one banging his head against a cash machine as locals hit out at the negative impact users are having on Hull's city centre.
Some traders in the city claim they are too intimidated by 'drugged-up' Spice users to carry on selling, painting a desperate picture of the problem plaguing the area.
Other locals say they won't take their children into the the city anymore.
Hull Live filmed users in some of the worst affected areas across several days, in a bid to raise awareness of the drug, as selling and consumption have become some of the biggest issues in the city.
Footage shows one man repeatedly head butt a cash machine before being accosted by two other men, a man sluggishly dancing with his arms in the air in a circular motion and others slouching on a war memorial.
