This is the disgusting moment parents left a soiled nappy in a car park after changing their baby at the side of the road.
A clip of the incident, which shows a woman cleaning the youngster up before abandoning the piece of towelling on a grass verge, has sparked outrage.
The parents can be seen leaving their child to walk over the dirtied nappy before walking off.
The shocking CCTV footage was filmed in Lye in Stourbridge, West Midlands at 5.40pm on Friday 20 September.
The scene caused furore on social media with online users condemning the woman for leaving the stained nappy on the roadside.
