CCTV has captured the moment a heavily pregnant woman was assaulted while sitting at a Parramatta cafe.
The man can be seen entering the cafe on Church Street before approaching the 31-year-old victim and her two friends around 10.30pm on Wednesday.
He appears to engage in a short conversation with the women before leaning across the table and allegedly punching the heavily pregnant woman, who fell to the ground.
Police allege the assault included "a number of punches to the head and upper body followed to a stomp to the head and upper body with his feet"
A 43-year-old man has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and affray.
