In Kiev, police detained a man who injured his neighbor in a firearm during a conflict at a house on Chaadaev Street in Svyatoshinsky District.
"Police reported a shooting in the Svyatoshinsky district of the capital, on Chaadaeva Street. The police and an investigation unit of the Territorial Police Headquarters left at the address. There was a conflict. As a result of the incident, one man shot the other twice in the leg, "- the message reads.
It is noted that a 40-year-old man who suffered a gunshot wound to his leg as a result of the conflict was taken to a medical facility and the 48-year-old shooter was detained.
The resident of the house, Svetlana Panyushkina, reported on Facebook that she had been shot by a neighbor, "who has been stealing electricity from everyone in the house, has not been paying for the apartment for many years," and because of it, he said, the heating was not turned on.
