Philadelphia, PA - On Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 6:06AM, an unknown Hispanic male was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim, a 28 year-old male, while in the area of 4900 North 5th Street.
The victim struck the offender one time in the head at which time the suspect produced what appears to be a revolver and fired several shots in the direction of the victim.
The victim was struck and managed to flag down officers in the area who transported the victim to an area hospital. The offender fled the area on foot in an unknown direction.
