Well, kinda fake news. This is indeed Kyrgyzstan and that is a HUGE golden eagle and it does try to fly away with an 8-year-old girl in its talons but the girl actually had a landing glove on and seemed to freak out last minute and turned away from the eagle.
Golden eagles had 3 unch talons, you don't want it latching onto your back.
