It's clear that British police are a joke.

When they aren't out and about arresting women sitting in the park by themselves or kicking in doors to people just listening to music by themselves, when they are face to face with actual thugs, they are too afraid to use real force to earn respect.

This cop pulls out his taser and clearly should use it on the unruly bunch but doesn't as they laugh at him and continue to brawl and smash property.
