This woman is beside herself. She can't believe her town of Swampscott in Massachusetts is painting orange arrows on the sidewalk, making them one way, restricting movement.
According to Town Administrator Sean Fitzgerald, the town is expecting more people to get out and walk along the picturesque Humphrey Street, which connects to Lynn Shore Drive, as the weather warms up. It’s important to encourage social distancing while that happens, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Fitzgerals said.
“Right now, we’re seeing a resumption of some of the outdoor activities,” Fitzgerald said. “But we want people to be safe.”
