A Tuesday traffic stop is causing concern in Boerne.
In dashcam video released by the Borenre Police Department, you see Officer Cheyenne Weber pullover Dionnie Minnard for allegedly speeding.
According to police, the 21-year-old had an out of state license, expired tags and no insurance.
In the video, you hear Ofc. Weber asks for her current address for the citation. Minnard can be heard saying "no" and refusing to get out of the car.
She begins to yell and argue with Ofc. Weber. He tells her she's being arrested for Failure to Identify.
He calls for back up and warns Minnard what will happen if she doesn't comply.
"When the other officer gets here, we are going to pull you out of the car if you don't want to get out of the car," said Ofc. Weber.
A few minutes later, three more officers arrive and take her out of the car by force. Minnard starts to yell and curse at the officers.
Minnard then refuses to get in the back of the police car. Cell phone video from an eyewitness shows her on the ground. Minnard's mother comes to the scene and tries to calm her down.
"I'm telling you, look at me, close your mouth," Minnard's mother said. "Will you please get in the vehicle?"
She followed orders from the police after her mother told her to do so.
Minnard is in the Kendall County Jail.
