Whoa! A Report 19 Months Ago Warned Of Dominion Machines And Claimed Swing States Were Purchasing Anyways

In April of 2019, a report was posted on the massive flaws and lack of security of the Dominion voting machines.

This report included Dr. Andrew Appel and his demonstration on how easy it is to manipulate votes, but it also talks about how so many swing states were buying these machines. Some states like New York were fast-tracking the purchases, even bypassing state certification.

Question: if the voting machines were not certified, then how can you certify an election with vote counts so suspicious?

Dr. Appel also states that the Dominion machines are more than 3 times as expensive as traditional ballot machines, slower and less secure.

So why the rush to buy such overpriced, slow, and insecure hunks of junk?
