Police say a second person has died following a shooting at La Vaquita Corp. deli on Saturday night.

Deli owner Bolivar Rodriguez, of Amityville, died, along with Manuel Cruz-Hernandez, 47, of Copiague.
Bolivar Rodriguez Jr. and his brother Oscar say they are hurt and confused after their father was pronounced dead Monday.
"He didn't deserve to go like this, my dad was a hardworking man," says Bolivar Rodriguez Jr, wo says he was in the deli at the time of the shooting but was downstairs.
The men who survived have been identified as 30-year-old Juan Ramone Avilla Roque and 40-year-old Daniel Acosta.
Family and friends rushed to the deli throughout the day to offer condolences and lay down flowers in front of the store.
"You could see he was an incredible person to the community. Anybody who needed help, he would help you," says Oscar Rodriguez.
Calderon-Oseguera faced a judge Monday and is being held without bail on a first-degree murder charge. He will be back in court on Friday.
Prosecutors say Oseguera pulled out his gun in response to a remark made at his expense.
