A 32-year-old Black Lives Matter leader who was honored by the Boston Red Sox during an August “Hats off to Heroes” ceremony, normally used to honor members of the military, was arrested Saturday in Swampscott, Massachusetts for punching an 80-year-old female Trump supporter in the chest.
Jacques Jr., who was released on $550 bail, can be seen in a video posted by Trump supporter Dianna Ploss unloading a right to the 80-year-old woman.
According to his Facebook page, Jacques Jr. was approached by the Red Sox back in August. The team planned to honor the BLM leader on a night normally reserved to honor members of the military.

People who are described as "homeless" when it comes to these crime videos almost never are... at least in the way that people think of that designation. This guy lives in a house that he rents, in the expanded legalistic way that a lot of people in the news media or online describe homeless, renting a house is the same as camping out under some railroad bridge somewhere or something like that... but it isn't.
The cops know where this guy is, but they don't want to arrest him because he is a gangster, just like the cops are gangsters, so the crooked cops need to get authority from higher up crime bosses to know what they should do. They don't want to arrest one of their 'roided up gangster buddies, just like the Cops themselves are 'roided up and methed up (most of the time with some exceptions obviously).
So they stall for time and call the guy "homeless" and "transient" because it makes it seem like it is more difficult than it is to scoop this guy (and other guys like him) up. Also if the guy runs because the Police refused to do their job in a timely manner, the police and media can say, see, he was a transient or whatever the heck they are trying to lie about.
Also they don't have to specify the man's ethnicity by designating them as "homeless" instead. When you enter into Legaleeze_Ville all that you can see is the smoke and mirrors of the lies you are being told to believe.
