CALIFORNIA — (LAPD) — The Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Area detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying four robbery suspects.
On February 04, 2021, around 3:05 p.m., victim-1 (male Asian, 26-years-old) and victim-2 (female white, 28-years-old) were shopping in downtown L.A. with their 2-year-old son.
While in the area of 7th Street and Hill Street, two suspects exited a gray Chrysler 300 and pointed handguns at the victims. The suspects forcibly took their property. Victim-1 was pistol-whipped on the head and shot in the arm. Victim-2 ran to safety with her son and was not harmed.
The suspects fled in the vehicle westbound on 7th street towards the freeway.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital where he was treated for a gunshot wound to his arm and a laceration to his head.
Suspect-1 is described as a male, black, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 250 pounds, approximately 20 years old. He was seen wearing a green-colored hooded sweatshirt. He was seated in the front passenger seat.
Suspect-2 is described as a male, either Hispanic or light-skinned black, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, approximately 20 years old. He was seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. He was seated to the rear of the passenger.
Suspect-3 is described as a male, black, 5 feet 10 inches, weighing approximately 180 pounds, approximately 20 years old. He was seen wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt with orange trim. He was seated to the rear of the driver.
Suspect-4 is described as a female black and the driver of the Chrysler 300.
The suspect vehicle is a gray Chrysler 300 with “KEYES” dealership paper plates.
