The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video and photograph in connection to an attempted murder incident that occurred within the confines of the 32 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Tuesday March 2, 2021, at approximately 2235 hours, inside of 2445 8 Avenue, the individual fired several shots at the two victims (a 20-year-old male and a 22-year-old male) and struck the 22-year-old male in his buttocks and right arm. The individual fled the scene on foot northbound on 8 Avenue. EMS removed the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Harlem in stable condition.
The individual is described as a male, black, who wore a black mask, a black hooded jacket, black pants and, black and white sneakers.
