When his employee said she couldn't accept the change because it wouldn't fit into the tilll the man appears to grow more irritated.
⠀ Cwell came out to smooth things over but he says the man started using more racially-charged words. He followed him outside to record his license plate and that's when things turned nasty.
⠀ Cwell says the man tried to back up his van into him-- and noticed the man reaching into his pocket for something. Cwell got a spray bottle of cleaner to defend himself but it was too late. Surveillance video shows the man spray what looks like pepper spray in Cwell's face.
