LOS ANGELES, CA — The ordeal of navigating the intersection at Fairfax Avenue and Olympic Boulevard turned downright terrifying Tuesday when an angry driver pointed a gun out her window, shouting, "Anybody wanna die now? Anybody? Because I got good aim."
The woman prompted a flood of 911 calls, and her outburst was captured on video. Police caught up to the woman after she allegedly pulled a gun a second time at the nearby intersection of Fairfax Avenue and Packard Street. Officers arrested 34-year-old Ashley Greenwade on suspicion of unlawful discharge of a firearm, said Los Angeles Police Department Officer William Cooper.
The incidents occurred at the two different intersections, and by 5:45, officers had taken the woman into custody. A handgun was retrieved at the scene, according to police. Greenwade remained in custody Wednesday in lieu of $35,000 bail, according to jail records said.
