Representative Abeer Moussa, head of the Free Constitutional Party, was beaten by one of the representatives affiliated with the Ennahda movement, the political arm of the Brotherhood in Tunisia, a few days ago, which sparked a state of anger and resentment within the Tunisian street.
In turn, members of the national administrative body of the Tunisian General Labor Union condemned, in a statement on Friday evening, the verbal and physical violence against the head of the Free Constitutional Party by the “terrorist bloc”, as they described it.
They also denounced the ratified law devoted to the Qatar Fund for Development, and considered it “a pledge to the country and a violation of its sovereignty and an opportunity to deepen the phenomenon of money laundering.”
The commission also called for this law to be dropped, considering it unconstitutional because it harms Tunisia’s interests.
