A rape suspect was arrested after allegedly terrorizing a woman at a Blue Ash hotel room. Onjre George is charged with rape, kidnapping and assault.
Police say he went to a woman's room at the Quality Inn and refused to leave.
The woman told police George hit her several times, threw her against the wall and even forced her eyelids open, causing visible marks. He sexually assaulted her, according to police.
The woman tried to call police, but he took her cell phone and disconnected the hotel room phone.
He then allegedly choked her until she passed out.
During all this, the woman said George tried to commit suicide by choking himself and hanging himself with an electrical cord in front of her.
At least once, George and the woman left the room, but the woman said George held onto her. He tried to make eye contact with hotel guests, but that didn't work.
At some point, someone at the hotel desk was able to discretely ask the woman if she was okay, and the victim used body language to indicate something was wrong. That employee called police.
When officers arrived, George answered the door.
When police tried to put him in handcuffs, George is seen on the bodycam video running and trying to jump through the hotel window. He bounced off the reinforced glass.
Police then arrested him. He's locked up on $205,000 bond.
