On a nice day on Nov. 14th this mother and two daughters were enjoying a brunch together, upon walking to the car the mother and daughter were assaulted by this off-duty police officer for the crime of taking too long to cross the pedestrian walk. The mother, which suffers from arthritis in the knees was apparently taking too long for officer Robert Szelewski, who charged the women, knocked one over and put his knee in her neck and then took down the mother who was trying to break it up.
The officer held down both women until another man intervened. The women have both been charged with disturbing the peace and a series of other charges. The officer was not charged at all.
