Internet personality, Paul Cuffaro, was having a good day until he tried to kiss a fish and ended up getting head-butted by one so hard it knocked him out.
At first he says 'I'm Just kidding' before a nervous chuckle, then he admits 'I got knocked out'. The fish that headbutted him is a fish that uses its noggin' to head-butt other fish to keep them away and has a slightly thicker skull than most fishes you would find in the ocean, hence the reason Paul got KO'd so quickly.
