In Russia , the military enlistment office was burned down so that conscripts would not be sent to war in Ukraine. The man who started the fire filmed everything. He wanted to destroy the archive with the personal files of conscripts.
The Russian anonymously shared his motives in one of the Telegram channels .
He set fire to the military registration and enlistment office in the city of Lukhovitsy, Moscow Region. In addition, the man painted the gates near the building in the colors of the Ukrainian flag and allegedly wrote that "he would not go to kill his brothers." He doused the facade of the recruiting office with gasoline, smashed the windows and threw Molotov cocktails at them.
"The goal was to destroy the archive with the personal files of conscripts, it is located in this part. This should prevent mobilization in the district. I hope that I will not see my classmates in captivity or lists of the dead," the arsonist said.
