Not only is he wrong, he's also stupid. Hurry the hell up and drop off the package and the problem will be over. Instead he takes his good time arguing with people and repeatedly coming back to the truck even after he was on the steps to deliver the package.
According to the comments on the original post, the guy started recording after sitting there at least 10 minutes before this idiot finally got out of the car to drop off the package, which he didn't do for another 5 minutes. So people waited for 15 minutes all because of one idiot who clearly doesn't understand what common courtesy or common sense is.
Amazon, if you see this by chance, fire this dumb ass. He clearly doesn't know what he's doing and is just going to generate Amazon a lot of bad reviews.
