This woman drank half of her iced coffee only to demand a refund. Of course, the staff is not allowed to give a refund once the customer consumes half of the order.

No, the obnoxious customer goes on a rant, threatening to beat people, even when the granny tries to calm her in her sweet granny way, the irate ratchet smacks the lady's hand away.
The police eventually show up and she continues her class act with them. It is not known if she was arrested or ever got the refund but what is known is the customer's and staff's ears are still ringing to this day.
