Isaiah Metz, 22, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was taken into custody in Yonkers on Tuesday evening before being transferred to Manhattan

Police received a tip that Metz - who is wanted in Pennsylvania on 115 sex-related charges - was at the homeless shelter on early Tuesday and went to arrest him

He was reportedly watching one of the twins while the other was at a doctor's appointment when he assaulted her on a recliner in July

A DNA test was conducted from a sample taken from her underwear and investigators said they could not rule out Metz
Pictures and video were later discovered on his phone showing him assaulting both twins, according to the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children
