A female police officer who worked directly with inmates was caught on camera by hospital staff messing with an inmate to the point he became irritated and hostile. During the next few moments you can witness them coming out of the room as the inmate attempted to defend himself from the officer who you can see repeatedly sucker punch the inmate who's hands are cuffed.
