According to initial information, around 5:00 p.m. on July 15, a man was walking on the road in Doc Van La area (Hong Van commune, Thuong Tin district) when a man wearing black clothes approached from behind and then slashed his right leg, Immediately after cutting off the man’s leg, the stranger ran away.
