A man was seriously injured in a brawl that took place this Wednesday afternoon, August 17, on 6th Avenue, between 0 and 1 Streets, in the center of the capital.
For unknown reasons, the men confronted each other in the middle of the street, and one of them took advantage of the fact that the other fell to the ground to injure him with a knife.
The victim is a man about 35 years of age, who suffered wounds to his thorax and hand. He was taken in critical condition to the San Juan de Dios hospital, while the aggressor was arrested by the security forces at the scene.
At the moment, the causes of the attack are unknown.
The case is under investigation.
