A young punk is seen on CCTV placing firecrackers under the feet of a homeless man who is obviously high on drugs and running away.

Moments later, the fireworks explode under the elderly man's feet, sending him hitting the deck and using a move all too common in the murder city known as Chicago, the old drop-n-roll.
