A Group Of Migrant Youths Nearly Beat A Belgium Teen To Death

Three migrants in the Belgian city of Lommel, Belgium, have beaten a boy almost to the brink of death, by kicking him on the head repeatedly, the migrants were detained but later released because they were "underage" a Belgian court ruled.
