This male cyclist is the poster boy for a bully and cycle Nazi. He actually thinks that he and his obnoxious woman not only own the roads but apparently, the sidewalks too.

After the female pedestrian put her arms out to make the couple go around her, she brushed her hand against the female cyclist.

The male rider hunted her down and aggressively cuts off the woman with his bike. He and his woman intimidate the lady even though, most likely, it is illegal to ride on the sidewalk to begin with.
