From The Daily Mail-This is the shocking moment a yob brutally beat up a police officer during an arrest while a jeering gang watched on - and a 16-year-old boy has been charged over the attack.
The police officer was attacked in Hull on Friday, suffering a possible fractured eye socket and passing out from the brutal beating.
Police said they were following a car that had failed to stop before two men in balaclavas on mopeds pulled out in front in an attempt to obstruct them.
The driver reportedly fled the scene and on approaching the car to arrest the passenger, the police officer was assaulted.
A video taken on a mobile phone shows a police car trailing a blue Audi before an officer gets out and approaches.
The footage then shows an altercation between a man in an orange t-shirt and the officer. The officer appears to hit the man.
Jeering can be heard in the background before the man in orange puts the police officer in a headlock and starts punching him repeatedly.
He then knees the officer in the face before dragging him to the ground.
