Both children can be seen watching TV inside a living room when a little girl runs to open the door.
A man barges in and strikes the toddler on the head with a hatchet before running to a second little girl seated on the couch.
That second child begins to scream frantically.
The man strikes her on the head with the hatchet and misses the following 2-3 blows.
The little girl can be heard screaming and running for her life as she exits the house and out of camera view.
The man chases after her but stops at the first child he struck and proceeds to hit her with the hatchet another 3 more times.
The man then chases after the little girl who ran off and out of camera view.
The little girl on the floor can be seen crying with a puddle of blood forming beside her.
