In Malaysia, on approach to Kuala Lumpur airport, a Beechcraft Premier I private jet business jet crashed onto the road. Ten people died - pilots, six passengers, as well as drivers of a passenger car and a motorcycle.
The plane took off this morning from Langkawi, an archipelago in the Strait of Malacca. Local media reported that a high-ranking passenger, a member of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Pahang, 54-year-old Johari Haroun, was on board.
During the flight, no emergency messages were received from the crew.
