Three lives were almost lost in a traffic crash Sunday after a driver on southeast Michigan roadways failed to move over for a disabled vehicle.
Michigan State Police troopers for the Metro Detroit Post released dash camera footage Monday of the “preventable” crash. No injuries were reported.
“I post about preventable crashes here almost daily,” an official for MSP Metro Detroit Post wrote Monday on X, formerly known as Twitter. “Things not to do. Things like slow down, don’t drive impaired, move over and be polite to other drivers. But often words are not enough. This is how close we came to losing three lives in a preventable crash yesterday.”
