A horrible video was uploaded to Twitter showing a black woman brutally assaulting a white woman on the London Tube, beating and assaulting her as she cried and pleaded for help from other commuters.
The British Transport Police (BTP) has urged anyone with information to come forward by texting 61016 or calling 0800 405040 quoting ref 687 of 29 October. A Met Police spokesperson said: “Officers responded following reports of an assault on board an Elizabeth Line service towards Paddington station at around 10.10 pm yesterday (October 29).
The alleged attack comes amid a grim weekend for the capital which included four people stabbed. A man was left fighting for his life after being punched to the ground outside Burnt Oak London Underground station in the early hours of Saturday morning (October 28).
Police said they were still trying to work out who the victim is, while his attacker is still on the loose.
