Surveillance footage obtained by TMZ shows Samuel Haskell IV parking his white Tesla next to a dumpster in Encino on Tuesday afternoon before opening the back and taking out what appears to be a large garbage bag.
Haskell, 35, can be seen struggling to hoist the unwieldy bag onto his shoulder before tossing it into the dumpster.
Two separate clips obtained by the outlet show the unsettling scene from close up and farther away.
