Raymond Weber, also known as Zino, was arrested in California after an eight-hour standoff with police
At one point, he lifts a woman's hand and says: 'that b**** tried to set me up. That's what she did.'
He then accuses his younger brother and others of trying to have him killed
Weber was charged with two counts of murder and one count of felony possession of a firearm, according to online inmate records
Police discovered he was wanted in another county for allegedly making terrorist threats and causing corporal injury to a romantic partner
In 2006, he was sentenced to six years in prison for felony assault, according to court records
In 2014, he was said to be present when his then-16-year-old brother, Antoine, shot and killed Weber's 19-year-old girlfriend, Nicole Duarte.
