21-year-old Paul Ferguson was sentenced to a maximum of 100 years in prison for torturing and starving his younger brother with autism.
Ferguson's younger brother Timothy died weighing just 69 pounds after being tortured.
His mother vomited during court after she was showed photos of her son who she starved, neglected and punished just hours before he died.
Timothy was forced to take multi-hour long freezing baths, eat bread with hot sauce, have hot sauce on his genitals and be shackled with zip ties.
He was kept in a tiny closet that was armed with sensors, alarms and live cameras. He was given nothing but a tarp at times.
The mom, Shanda Vander Ark, 44, was sentenced to life in prison.
