A teenager has been arrested after horrific 'racial abuse' was caught on camera of a black schoolboy being forced to kiss the shoe of a white male.
The incident which is believed to have happened in Carlisle, Cumbria on Friday is being treated as a suspected hate crime.
In the two clips shared on to X, a white boy can be seen harassing the black pupil dressed in his uniform, ordering him to 'get on your knees and kiss my shoe' or 'you are getting whacked'.
The phrase 'kiss my shoe' is repeated multiple times, as the schoolboy tries to resist.
People behind the camera can be heard laughing.
