After recent reports of vandalism at churches, deputies noticed a man acting suspiciously outside a church. When they approached, the man quickly laid down, acting as if he were asleep.
When questioned, he became belligerent and began screaming obscenities while a deputy attempted to explain the criteria of loitering and prowling. And while being arrested, he made multiple attempts to kick deputies and later attempted to kick out the window of the patrol car.
