Ski-masked man opens fire on a New York City cab driver after falling out of his moving car.
The driver, Eufelix Jiminian, and the passenger started arguing over payment.
The ski-masked passenger then jumped out of the moving car and appeared to hit the ground. As Jiminian started driving away, the man began shooting at him.
According to police, the man shot five shots with one hitting the passenger door.
The NYSFTD (New York State Federation of Taxi Drivers) says "masked riders" are a growing problem in NYC.
Police have not yet identified the man in the video but say he is "a male between 19 to 25 years old, wearing a black vest and jeans."
