Former New York police officer who raped a 13-year-old girl, sentenced to just 10 weekends in prison.
40-year-old Shawn Jordan admitted to assaulting the girl in 2022 while serving on the Rochester Police Department force.
Investigators say Jordan forcibly raped the girl and touched her on a separate occasion.
In a separate incident, Jordan exposed himself to a 16-year-old on a Facebook video chat while wearing his police uniform.
Jordan pleaded guilty to 2nd-degree r*pe and forcible touching in March.
Under a plea agreement, he will spend 10 weekends in jail and 10 years on probation.
He will spend a total of 20 days in prison.
