Arizona college student was RANDOMLY stabbed by a classmate who picked her because she was an “easy target”.
ASU student Mara Daffron, 19, was attacked while entering her Glendale classroom on September 19.
Classmate Kaci Sloan stabbed Daffron twice in front of shocked classmates before attempting a third stab.
She was taken to Banner Thunderbird Hospital for surgery on her tricep and spleen.
‘She is home now, but still in a lot of pain,’ her mom said.
Another student intervened, allowing Daffron to escape to a courtyard.
Police found notes showing she planned the attack and chose Daffron as an “easier” target.
Sloan has been booked into Maricopa County jail on a $250,000.
